Ingredients

  • 12 oz. rainbow pasta
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 lb. ham, cubed
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • salsa to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
