- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Add cream cheese and whip with a beater until smooth.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add the cooled Jell-O mixture to the whipped cream and mix well.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple and finely chopped celery.
- Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
