Ingredients

  • 1 small package lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 large cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add cream cheese and whip with a beater until smooth.
  3. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add the cooled Jell-O mixture to the whipped cream and mix well.
  6. Fold in the crushed pineapple and finely chopped celery.
  7. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
