Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 4 cups celery
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped onion
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the potato chips in a 9 x 15-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes.
  3. Cover with crushed potato chips before serving.
