- Mix the yellow cake mix, oil, mandarin oranges with juice, and eggs together.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Drain the crushed pineapple when the cake is done.
- While the cake is still hot, pour the pineapple juice over it.
- Poke a few holes in the cake with a toothpick.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Mix the drained pineapple, Cool Whip, and instant pudding together.
- Spread the mixture over the cooled cake.
- Store in the refrigerator.
