Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 packages lemon or chocolate instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo (butter). Add flour and chopped nuts.
  2. Mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool.
  3. Mix powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Mix pudding with 3 cups milk until thickened.
  6. Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
