Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini
