Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, powdered sugar, and flour until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  4. Remove from oven promptly without cooling before serving.
