Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 well beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, and beaten eggs thoroughly using hands.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until browned.
  4. Transfer the browned meatballs into spaghetti sauce.
  5. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 2 to 3 hours until cooked through and flavorful.
