Mac 'N' Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 3 soup cans water
  • 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni (about 2 c. dry)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Spray 4-quart saucepan with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Over medium-high heat, heat 1 minute.
  3. Add beef, onion, green pepper, basil and oregano; cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, stirring to separate meat.
