Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package frozen vegetables (California mix)
  • 1 can Spam or 8 oz. boiled ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (5 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1/8 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water for 8 minutes; drain.
  2. Cut Spam into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Season the Spam with teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire sauce; let soak for a few minutes.
  4. Sear the seasoned Spam in a frypan for 5 minutes or until browned.
  5. Place cooked macaroni in a 3-quart casserole oven dish.
  6. Add Italian style stewed tomatoes and milk to the macaroni.
  7. Chop frozen vegetables into bite-sized pieces and mix thoroughly with the macaroni and tomatoes.
  8. Add the Cheddar cheese soup and condensed milk, mixing well.
  9. Top with browned Spam pieces.
  10. Bake in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 25 minutes.
