Ingredients

  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Durkee French fried onion rings
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the Cheddar cheese soup, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked macaroni and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Top with French fried onion rings and remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
