Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked macaroni, diced green pepper, chopped onion, salt, mayonnaise, and the can of cream of mushroom soup in a bowl.
  2. Blend the milk with half of the grated cheese and add to the macaroni mixture, stirring to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
