- In a large bowl, mix the powdered sugar, coconut, and chopped nuts.
- In a double boiler, heat the butter and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Pour the heated mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Cut the chilled mixture into squares.
- In a double boiler, melt the wax and chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip each square into the melted chocolate mixture to coat completely.
