Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 lb flaked coconut
  • 1 lb chopped nuts
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/2 lb bar melted wax

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the powdered sugar, coconut, and chopped nuts.
  2. In a double boiler, heat the butter and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  3. Pour the heated mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture into a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  5. Cut the chilled mixture into squares.
  6. In a double boiler, melt the wax and chocolate chips until smooth.
  7. Dip each square into the melted chocolate mixture to coat completely.
