A sweet and tangy apple salad with roasted pecans, cherries, marshmallows, and coconut, perfect as a refreshing dessert or side dish for gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped, roasted pecans
  • 1 small jar red cherries, cut into small squares and 1/2 of juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, Miracle Whip or sour cream
  • 4 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 can flaked coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large apples, peeled and cut into squares

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except marshmallows.
  2. Add marshmallows last and gently fold to combine.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
