Instructions
- Combine margarine or butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside.
- Spray the bottom of a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle 1/3 cup chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
- Cut 2 cans of biscuits into quarters.
- Place the cut biscuits on top of the pecans in the Bundt pan.
- Pour half of the hot sugar mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle another 1/3 cup chopped pecans on top.
- Cut the remaining 2 cans of biscuits into quarters and place on top of the pecans and biscuits already in the pan.
- Pour the remaining sugar mixture over the top layer of biscuits.
- Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top of the cake.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 45 minutes.
- Invert the cake onto a serving plate immediately, being careful as it will be hot.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
