Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped (divided use)
  • 4 cans biscuits (10 count each)

Instructions

  1. Combine margarine or butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside.
  2. Spray the bottom of a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle 1/3 cup chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Cut 2 cans of biscuits into quarters.
  4. Place the cut biscuits on top of the pecans in the Bundt pan.
  5. Pour half of the hot sugar mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Sprinkle another 1/3 cup chopped pecans on top.
  7. Cut the remaining 2 cans of biscuits into quarters and place on top of the pecans and biscuits already in the pan.
  8. Pour the remaining sugar mixture over the top layer of biscuits.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top of the cake.
  10. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 45 minutes.
  11. Invert the cake onto a serving plate immediately, being careful as it will be hot.
  12. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
