Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 3 or 4 teaspoons milk
  • 4 pats butter

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of corn and place it in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs well.
  3. Add the milk and sugar to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the corn.
  5. Add a dash of salt.
  6. Place 4 pats of butter on top of the corn mixture.
  7. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour or until the top is browned.
