Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 8 ounces grated cheese (Longhorn and Monterey Jack mix)
  • salt
  • seasoned pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and slice potatoes to nearly fill a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Melt 1 stick of real butter in the pan.
  3. Add the sliced potatoes to the melted butter.
  4. Season with salt and seasoned pepper.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese (Longhorn and Monterey Jack mix) over the potatoes.
  6. Cover the pan with foil.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
