- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine sugar and grated orange rind in a small bowl.
- Remove biscuits from cans and dip each biscuit in melted butter, then in the sugar mixture.
- Arrange the coated biscuits in an overlapping circle in a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the coffee ring is still warm, prepare the frosting by creaming together cream cheese, orange juice, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread the frosting over the warm coffee ring.
- Sprinkle with flaked coconut and serve while warm.
