Ingredients

  • 1 lb cranberries
  • 1 navel orange
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 packages raspberry jello
  • 1 1/4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Grind the cranberries and orange together.
  2. Mix this with 2 1/4 cups of sugar and let stand for one hour.
  3. Add 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup diced apple, and 1 cup chopped celery to the mixture.
  4. Dissolve 2 packages of raspberry jello in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil to dissolve.
  5. Add 1 1/4 cups of cold water to the hot jello mixture.
  6. Combine the jello mixture with the fruit and nut mixture and congeal until set.
