- Brown chopped onion and ground sirloin in a skillet on the stove.
- Add mushroom soup, whole tomatoes, Minute rice, and 2 cups water to the skillet, stirring thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a large, sprayed baking dish.
- Top with grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
