Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 32 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 can drained green beans
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger; drain.
  2. Combine the cooked rice, tomato sauce, browned hamburger, and drained green beans in a bowl or directly in the pan.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
