Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 6 slices Pepperidge Farm bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, and bread cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 to 60 minutes until golden and set.
