Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef roast
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef roast and sliced onion in hot oil.
  2. Pour the mandarin oranges on top of the beef.
  3. Mix ketchup and barbecue sauce and pour over the roast.
  4. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325°F.
