- Mix eggs, sugar, and oil, then add flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts.
- Divide the mixture in half.
- Add vanilla extract to one half and cocoa powder to the other half.
- Shape each half into two loaves, using equal amounts, and place on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Remove from oven, and cut each loaf into 1/2-inch slices.
- Turn the slices on their sides and return to oven for about 10 minutes for toasting.
- Cool before eating.
