Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, and oil, then add flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts.
  2. Divide the mixture in half.
  3. Add vanilla extract to one half and cocoa powder to the other half.
  4. Shape each half into two loaves, using equal amounts, and place on greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, until slightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven, and cut each loaf into 1/2-inch slices.
  7. Turn the slices on their sides and return to oven for about 10 minutes for toasting.
  8. Cool before eating.
