- Wash and grind the green peppers, red peppers, and onions using a food grinder.
- Add 1/2 cup of salt and cover the mixture with boiling water.
- Let stand for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out all liquid.
- Cover again with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes, then squeeze out all liquid.
- Heat vinegar, sugar, and spices to a rolling boil.
- Add the prepared vegetables to the boiling mixture and cook for 20 minutes.
- Place the hot mixture into jars and seal.
