Maple Pecan Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. oil or melted margarine
  • 1 pt. strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Grease and flour a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, stir together eggs, maple syrup and honey.
  3. Add oil or melted butter, strawberries, milk and vanilla and mix well.
