Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) sweet condensed milk
  • 4 (1 oz.) square chocolate
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (1 1/4 oz.) white chocolate with almonds
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 (9-inch) graham pie crust

Instructions

  1. Heat the sweet condensed milk, dark chocolate, vanilla, and white chocolate with almonds together, stirring until smooth.
  2. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and let the chocolate custard cool to room temperature.
  4. Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour the mousse into the prepared 9‑inch graham pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate the pie until set, at least 2–3 hours or overnight.
