Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. browned chuck, drained
  • sliced raw potatoes
  • sliced raw onions
  • 2 small cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (24 oz.) can diced stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the browned chuck, sliced raw potatoes, sliced raw onions, and sliced mushrooms in a baking pan in the order listed.
  2. Pour the diced stewed tomatoes over the ingredients.
  3. Cover the pan and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. After 1 hour of baking, remove the dish from the oven and spread the shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
