Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2/3 c. lite brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cut 3 to 4 pound beef roast into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices or use thin sliced steaks.
  3. Pour marinade over meat and work in with hands.
  4. Marinate as long as desired (from 1 hour to overnight).
  5. Cook the beef.
  6. Grilling is the best method.
