Ingredients

  • 10 lb. brisket
  • 1 bottle liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the brisket and marinate overnight.
  3. Add a cup of wine to the brisket.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 8 hours.
