- In a large shallow baking dish, combine bouillon, soy sauce, lemon juice from concentrate, onion, water, thyme, and garlic.
- Add the beef brisket to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Cover the baking dish and roast the brisket for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, turning after 45 minutes, until tender.
- Remove the meat from the baking dish and reserve the cooking juices.
- Slice the brisket into thin slices and serve on bread rolls with the reserved juices for dipping.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
