Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger root
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, including ginger, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Marinate the steak cubes overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Next day, heat a skillet thoroughly.
  5. Grease the skillet sparingly.
  6. Cook the meat cubes in the skillet to desired doneness.
  7. Baste with marinade juice if necessary during cooking.
