Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • tomato
  • parmesan cheese
  • italian salad dressing
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • poppy seed
  • sesame seed
  • parsley sprigs
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil and cook 1 pound of spaghetti noodles until slightly tender.
  2. Drain the noodles, rinse with cool water, and refrigerate.
  3. Whisk together the Italian salad dressing with garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, poppy seed, sesame seed, and chopped parsley until well blended.
  4. Cut the cucumbers and red onions and add them to the marinade.
  5. Fold in the cooked and cooled noodles.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture overnight in a covered container.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley sprigs, diced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
