  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, catsup, parsley, pepper, oregano, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. Place the swordfish in the bowl with the marinade.
  3. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
