Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 4 teaspoons honey mustard
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a screw-top jar.
  2. Shake well; chill until needed.
  3. Arrange tomatoes and cucumbers on serving platter.
  4. Drizzle dressing over vegetables.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
