Mario Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • spaghetti noodles for two people
  • 1 slice thick sliced bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1/2 can beef or chicken gravy
  • 3/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • splash of vinegar

Instructions

  1. Put water on to boil for spaghetti.
  2. Cut bacon into cubes and brown.
  3. Turn skillet off and add a splash of vinegar.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat an egg.
  5. Beat in 1 can milk, 1/2 can of beef or chicken gravy, 3/4 cup of grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Boil spaghetti and drain.
  7. Turn on bacon fat.
  8. Put spaghetti into skillet.
  9. Give sauce a stir and then pour over and toss like a salad.
