Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can salsa (mild or hot)
  • 1 to 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 chopped avocados
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 small c. sour cream
  • chopped cilantro
  • 1 pkg. Mexican cheese
  • sliced jalapeno peppers
  • chopped iceberg lettuce
  • sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. On a dip dish, layer the refried beans, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Layer some black beans, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, black olives, avocado, cilantro and peppers. In the center, place a small amount of sour cream, cilantro and olives.
