Ingredients

  • 1 can whole corn with liquid
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together the whole corn (including liquid), cream-style corn, sour cream, melted margarine, and Jiffy cornbread mix.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden and set.
