Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (I use Italian style)
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together Loaf ingredients.Set aside.
  2. Mix together Sauce ingredients.
  3. Mix 1/2 of sauce into the Loaf.
  4. Pat loaf into a 9x9 glass dish.
  5. Pour rest of sauce over loaf.
  6. Bake at 400* for 45 minutes or until done.
