- Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate squares over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, and eggs with a mixer until well combined.
- Stir in walnuts and the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan until smooth.
- Remove the baked pan from the oven and arrange marshmallows on top of the hot fudge.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes until marshmallows are soft and slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and flatten the marshmallows with a spatula.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate chips and milk mixture over the marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares when cold and enjoy.
