  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  2. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add marshmallows to the egg whites, then slowly pour the hot syrup in a thin stream, beating constantly.
  4. Add vanilla extract for flavor.
  5. Beat until the icing reaches the right consistency for spreading.
