Marshmallow Yam Bake

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple slices
  • 2 cans yams
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with pineapple slices.
  2. Place drained yams on top of the pineapple, along with 1/4 cup of pineapple juice.
  3. Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and salt until coarse crumbs and sprinkle over the yams.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows over the yams.
  6. Broil until marshmallows are browned.
  7. Serve hot.
