Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute rice (before cooked)
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can green peas, drained
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked rice and chopped vegetables and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix Hidden Valley Ranch dressing with mayonnaise and milk as directed on the package.
  3. Let the dressing stand overnight.
  4. Before serving, combine the rice mixture with the dressing and serve.
