Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked squash
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup pimento

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs.
  2. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Cover with bread crumbs and bake until golden.
