  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 4 oz Russian dressing
  • 4 oz apricot jam
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce by combining the onion soup mix, Russian dressing, apricot jam, and a little water.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the sauce and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Bake the chicken, covered, in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour.
  4. Serve over rice if desired.
