Instructions
- Heat water and butter to boiling point in a saucepan.
- Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan (about 1 minute).

- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 45 to 50 minutes, until the puffs are dry and golden.
