Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 green peppers, cut small
  • 2 tsp. chili peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 bags red kidney beans
  • 1 large onion, cut small
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Soak kidney beans overnight.
  2. Saute green peppers and onion until soft.
  3. Brown hamburger meat and place it in a crock-pot.
  4. Start cooking on high for 1 hour, then switch to low and cook all night.
  5. Add chili powder and crushed tomatoes, then cook on high until tender.
