Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package jello butter pecan flavor instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  5. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
