Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, chopped green onion, oregano, seasoned salt, oil, and red wine vinegar in a small container.
  2. Add m.s.g., if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Tear or cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad and mix.
