Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain the excess grease.
  3. Put the beef mixture in a 2-quart buttered casserole.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the frozen mixed vegetables evenly over the beef mixture.
  6. Spread the Cheddar cheese soup evenly over the vegetables.
  7. Arrange the Tater Tots over the casserole to cover the cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
